MA is an architectural studio based in Burgas, Bulgaria and was founded by architect Mariana Kehayova. Initially, as SMSTUDIO, now with a new vision and name, for over 20 years, our experience and competencies have been built upon and developed to meet the requirements and needs of our clients.

Arch. Kehayova graduated from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, majoring in Architecture in 1995, in the Department of Industrial and Agricultural Buildings and continues her career in the design of residential, holiday complexes and public buildings.

At MA, we believe that design is directly related to our cultural and social development and that it is a way to resolve specific practical constraints, creating new possibilities and innovative approaches.​
